I think you are missing a simple point made here. I dont think anyone should need to tell you that you have to contact us to get the extention made in the offer. That is perfectly understood here by the action needed by the offer. We made an offer that if you make a change to something you get something. This automatically implies without any n0eed to say it you need to tell us you made the change to get the offer.
Scott did not make a broad based statement that all vbgallery customers would be extended another years access. It was an offer made to the chosen few who wanted to take the steps needed.
