ok...I've gone through all of the settings and made sure that my cookies match and that my vbulletin license matches. Now, the only thing on I get on on the

Home - which takes me here:
http://www.3scrapateers.com:8080/gal.../adm-index.php which is a blank page
Search - which takes me here:
http://www.3scrapateers.com:8080/gallerypp/search.php which is a blank page
and Profile which takes me here:
http://www.3scrapateers.com:8080/gal...mber.php?uid=2 which is a blank page
I'm not given the login/logout options at all
