I went through the install and installed correctly and the fetch template error is gone.
Now double check your cookie settings and
vb license number. something is not right there but I can not verify your license number of course
Also your locking down the forum and Photopost to not logged in users and as such you might want to edit that template in
vb that gives the user that box to add in the full url to login.php as it has a relative url right now. hense it wont work over Photopost. I dont off the top of my head know which template that is
