I have the exact same problem. I've been trying to sort this out for nearly two weeks.
Same cookie info for vb3 and photopost and correct license number.
I am able to log into the admin of photoshop, but it pushes me back to the photoshop page. Then I have to click on the admin link again to actually get into admin.
Mind you once I do that and then return back to vb3, its logged me out. But I am still logged in over at photopost. I am also unable to upload pictures even though I am logged in as admin.
