Ok, I tried what you do told me to do. I erased

if ( $ViewPerm[$pcat] == 1 ) continue;

in my inc_features.php, and added the code on my main page (non VBulletin) that you told me.
I get nothing.

I double checked, with no luck.

For example, you can see the code under:

or on the main page http://www.disneypost.com
