Your issue has nothing to do with quick reply etc
Look at your header it doesnt show either and that is because in your style options for that style your using relative paths. We autorewrite a normal
VB install but not custom styles. You would need to in style options make the relative path to the various image directories full urls and this will solve your issue. Basically with relative urls the images are thought to be in the photopost directory and not the forum.
