I have set Excluded Categories to exclude a couple of Categories (in my case "Test Quizzes" and "Members Quizzes"). This works fine on the main page:
http://www.xatquiz.com/gallery/ but if you select
"What's New" everything is displayed.
I guess I'm missing something
