I put a copy "cmd.exe" in the "php" directory

It works without permissions for IUSR an IWAM to cmd.exe and the directories: upload, data, etc.

But I change from php 512 to php 442.

It works with php442, php512 makes problems.

Chuck S, on my windows server 2003, with CGI/FastCGI it works without permissions for IUSR and IWAM. I had only to edit the image-inc.php and go back to php442.
