This is why I mentioned this in my prev reply..
if in the same file with this shortcut:
adm-misc.php?admact=adtypes send arabic characters and can read them..
why is it only when I click this link
adm-misc.php?admact=admcats&ppaction=cats to edit categories the problem accoures
