Yes since the user is in
vb the banning is from that side so if you want to ban him just from classifieds you need to place him in say a classifieds no posting group
usergroup settings as cached so name changes for existing groups do not update since we load the cached data so you do not lose your settings. If you want to change the name simply type in the new name and hit save.
