Look at the html for your table. Try making all html tags lower case. You seem to be jumping back and forth on that one. How you are opening a content block for reviewpost to show up in and then you close the header before reviewpost begins and open yet another table.

Try going to a site like w3c.org and validate the html of your page. This would help you come up with a valid page that will display correctly.

Basically if your html in the header and footer are off then the display of reviewpost will be off.
