Thank you - good to know.
However - I'm just not communicating very well regarding my other question - I realize I can make the supersize larger (and understand where to do that) - that's not what we are looking to do.
I read in another post while I was searching for answers last night that if the watermark file was larger than the uploaded file - it would fail/error. (don't recall the exact words in that post - I'll try to find it and reference it here).
As we all know, some users are prone to using humongous files straight from their digital camera - but some users are more tech-savvy than that and responsibly size their start images down to a more manageable level before they even upload.
If I make a 640 wide watermark file - and someone uploads a 500 wide original image - it will fail, because the watermark could not be applied - correct?
Although for the user who uploads a 2200 wide original file - a 640 wide watermark would be about right - even after the auto-resizing.
So my question is - is there any way to specify "your original image cannot be larger than x by x, or 100k" (just an example - since at least 100k filesize is likely to be quite a bit smaller than 2200x2400)
