The Announcement box at index options in admin is sort of the thing that I require but what ever you put in there is stays shown when you are logged in. I would like it to be hidden once logged in.

http://www.fireblades.org the bit that says "YOU ARE CURRENTLY VIEWING OUR SITE AS A GUEST! This message will go away once you are registered"
