PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - error with thumbnails when uploading images

I have the same problem but with windows server.

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"c:\imagemagick\mogrify.exe" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 C:/SVT/photopost/data/521/thumbs/PC090001.JPG

Path is correct in admin cp and in the config file.
