Contact your host.
Your mysql server allows 72000 questions in a given amount of time.
This is a TEMP ban from your webhost to prevent "hacking" attempts.
- It will lift usaly 30 min to an hour.
- Send an e-mail to your host and ask if your limit can be raised.
