Thanks for your reply. To answer your first question, I have no idea how my phpbb tables are structured. I don't know what that means.

I don't know how to write a script to import the users into phpbb from reviewpost, so do you mean my only other option is to manually add the username info from review post into phpbb for each person that wants to register on the forum? That means they couldn't register on their own for the forum? This would add more work for me. Do you know of anyone who could help me write a script to import the users into phpbb from reviewpost?
