Temp Fix:

Currently all with access to the admin panel have access to this menu.

Find:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Replace:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

This will make the menu show up for the same people as vBulletin Options menu. (usaly your high end staff / teck heads)

There are many:
- permissions="canadminplugins"
- permissions="canadminstyles"
- permissions="canadminlanguages"
