PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - user can view thumbs but not larger images

he gets this error..

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. You MUST be a registered member to view "FULL SIZE IMAGES". It's FREE, so join NOW ! This could be due to one of several reasons:
You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have checked his permissions, seems to be ok, I added him to a test usergroup to see if that matters, I did edit his username but not sure if he had the problem before that or not.. also he has tried on 2 differant computers..

So far he is the only one with the problem.. any ideas?
