For some reason the thumbnails appeared after some 6 - 8 hours! Is there some reason for this or way to make it quicker?

One more thing. When showing categories (
http://islandrover.rangur.net/myndir...rs.php?cat=502) the thumbnail for each user is the last uploaded image from that user even if it has nothing to do with the pictures in that category. Is it possible to control which thumbnail is used or have it one from that category?
