It is your loss to dump a software for a small problem like this.
If it doesn't work for others, they will fix it.
If it works for others then the problem is with your install.
If you are not using the software, how do you know if it's broke?
I am not support. I just want it to work for you and am sorry for you that it took so long to fix it.
