I would not think so since the whole incentive is to get people to switch now instead of in 90 days when they will be required to do so. If your gallery is not installed there would be no way for us to verify you have switched your copyrights. I have already personally myself verified and passed along 4 license holders whom have done so and I know other support people have verified other license holders as well.
2. Brand Free customers get a years free member access. Ok, lets if I got this straight, if you are a branding free customer and update to the photopost version of the gallery we get one years free subscription ?
