The price has been different at different times; however, I believe we have settled on $129 as the long term price and our pricing will be updated to reflect that.

A "Non Discloser Agreement (NDA)" is a standard part of any transaction that involves a transfer of assets; we agree not to discuss his private information and he agrees not to discuss his.

I understand the desire to know what transpired, but that doesn't mean you are entitled to know the details. This transaction was conducted between two private entities, as such it's a private matter.
