Exclamation Your Customers Demand Answers

There has been a lot of name calling and mud slinging with general anger but I want to cut straight to the chase.

Frankly since AEI (All Enthusiasts, Inc) is the company that acquired vbgallery I’d like an explanation.

What your new customers want are some answers to why this happened and why no one was given notice. I’ve read some of the threads and you’re staff re-assure us to give you all a second chance to prove how much better your company is and how it has grown.

If that’s truly the case, how about answering some questions about your recent purchase of vbgallery and your business practices.

Why did AEI decide to "acquire" vbgallery (And I use the term acquire loosely")

How does AEI think this will benefit the customers? And what will be the end result of this transaction, now and in the long run.

As an entrepreneur I am very curious and would like answers, the feeling on vbadvanced.com is well... I am only stating my own opinions, so I wont'. But I don't believe this was a good business transaction. And it almost feels although certain business practices of questionable moral value were used.

So what’s the answer AEI? Why was the decision made to acquire vbgallery? Was this just to incorporate something or was this an attack against a new competitor to stay fresh in the market place?

Secondly, why have you now raised the prices on your photopost gallery from 99 to 130$ (Techinically its now listed as 199$ on sale, thats more than vbulletin) after this acquisition? And thirdly why do you think this was in the best interest of customers?

At least Wachovia sent a letter answering why they were taking over my bank. How about you do the same since I’m now a paying customer of yours.

PS: I’ve been a paying customer in the past as well owning a pp license.
