Upgrading will not overwrite any of the templates you have customized. A few of the templates have changed in the
vB 3.5 version though, so you may need to revert those if you have changed them. That only includes ADV_GALLERY_ECARD_SEND, ADV_GALLERY_REPLY, and ADV_GALLERY_SHOWIMAGE though.
