That's what I thought as well Brian But the weird thing was a 'Reinstall Templates' is what fixed my "Everything Is Blank" problem in live, they had only been done last weekend when I did the 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 upgrade.

BUT... I did have a thought today... what have I done on live recently that I hadn't done on test? Answer : I had installed and enabled a plugin, the Horizontal Yes/No one on http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...7&page=2&pp=15 I obviously had to enable plug-ins as well. I haven't linked the two events yet Brian, no time to test it - but is there any way that the installation and enabling of plug-in (which are nothing to do with vBGallery) could break it and need a template reistall?

  • Safemode is enabled and the gallery is not configured to work with safe mode (though that usually results in a different error).
Ahhhh - THANKS! That's what we needed, things to try
  • GD/IM : We're running GD at present, IM coming soon. GD working fine on everything else.
  • Image Too Big : THAT is when I get the blank page, see my earlier posts that described the exact symptons and conditions. Upload size is well within server limits, with twin Xeon's and 2GB of RAM I really am in trouble if it can't handle a simple .jpg! Tried it with the 'Ignore ImageSize Error's' enabled as well. No error messages at all Brian, just the blank page.
  • Safe Mode : Is OFF, pick up my URL from the members area, public PHP enabled, your support ticket gives you complete access to the test system.

Give us all some pointers and you may well have another one soon

The 'Blank On Upload' problem is reproducable, every time, on my test instance - support ticket filed with you earlier giving you access. More than happy to chip in with fixing this, as I've noticed things I've posted to try and isolate it. Now we've got a bit of feedback going and some "try this" suggestions flying around I certainly feel we're getting closer to cracking this.
