Interesting one here... I had an upgraded vb3.5.1 (from 3.5.0), reinstalled the templates for the Gallery, it all seemed to work apart from the outstanding 'blank screen on upload' problems. Then Gallery "suddenly stopped working", literally, blank screen for everything.
So I reinstalled the Gallery templates AGAIN, lo and behold - Gallery comes back! I haven't tried the blank upload screen problem again yet, I'll try that later. BTW, all of this is on an unhacked vB3.5.1 and I'm testing using the vanilla vBulletin Default Template which we leave untouched for reference on our system.
Random Thoughs (clutching at straws here...) : The templates are in the DB, there is no way that they should be borked unless some rouge code (a drop through?) is hitting the template tables for vBGallery, or of course the "re-install templates" is doing a bit more than it says on the tin? This is all looking like a DB problem to me, things don't normally "suddenly stop wroking" unless you've got a data screw up somewhere.
Hope that's some use to somebody trying to fix this.
