Yes, he's back with another blank page.

All pages are loading blank.
Fresh vB 3.5.1, unhacked - this works
Fresh vBA, unhacked and no settings altered - this works.
Fresh Gallery.

I'm 100% sure I have the right the paths are correct in both the config and installation. I've tried rerunning the installer to install templates again.

I ran a vB for four years previous to running this one and I've normally found it's my screwup, so I'm expecting it will be, but searching this forum there's very little that solves my problem. The standard responses don't work for me.
