i have posted this question here as my support ticket seems to be taking longer than i would like
probably me just being impatient
I am real stuck however as i cant seem to fix something and i am not sure where to find the correct template for it..

you will notice the 2 red bars left and right , they end before they should and also images at the bottom right do not show..
Other pages in the gallery show all images just fine making me think its either a template or a problem with showimage.php
i can only assume this is something missing in a template but i cant find which one it is.
please advise.
