I don't really have anything to test this with, so I accept no responsibility if it doesn't work.
You can try adding this plugin through your Plugin Manager and it should delete all images uploaded by a user from the database when their subscription expires. It won't remove the images, but you could then use the 'Scan Database' maintenance tool to take care of those every few days/weeks/months/whatever.
