Sorry about that, I should have said Admin CP instead of Mod CP. If they don't have access to the Admin CP then they need to be added as moderators of the gallery categories. Keep in mind as well that if you add a moderator to a top level category then that will add them to every sub-category of the top level one, so depending on how you have your categories set up it may not be that hard to add them.
