Sorry Brian for asking again but I think I'm to stupid, what need I query exactly now? I tried:
DELETE FROM adv_gallery_rate;
or
DELETE FROM adv_gallery_rate;
UPDATE adv_gallery_images SET votenum = 0;

It gets an error,
