First, I understand the basic process. I upgraded vbulletin to 3.5RC3 tonight and reran the "Install Templates" part of the gallery, as well as readded the few simple file edits. All works except that now I do not see either the Portal or the Gallery options in the AdminCP. How do I get those back?
