PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Show a random pic for each member on the memberlist

I tried combining the two ideas below:

I took http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5800
but applied to memberlist.php, memberlist and memberlist_resultsbit templates instead of index.php and forumhome template

Then instead of forumhome template I followed this to display in the memberlist: http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/show...ght=memberlist

It did not work...
Any ideas?
