A suggestion: Shouldn't "top rated" images be ranked by average rating and number of votes? So that all images with the same averate rating, but higher number of votes are ranked higher? That way if there are 100 items with 5 stars (or the exact same rating), the ones with the most votes would go to the top, which makes sense.

The way it works now, if picture A) has 99 votes with 5 stars and one vote with four stars, and picture B) has with 1 vote of 5 stars -- then picture B) will appear to be ranked higher.
