Question for the vba team.

I am running both vba Gallery and Links Directory and I would like to replicate all the categories from my main vb forum. I have over 300 categories/sub-categories in total and I would like to know how I can import them without having to retype every one in Gallery and Links.

Is it possible to do this by exporting tables, running queries, etc.?

Your help is very much appreciated and, if you can offer a solution, it will save me days of tedious work.
