Ok, I got the upload problem fixed now.
It turns out the tmpdir in Apache was not set for my main site... just the forums.
So the only problem remaining is the wrong navbar links and wrong login.php link...
Brian, would a temp forum admin account be enough for u to fix this problem. As mentioned in other thread, the version I installed does not have the "Header Replacements, Navbar Replacements, Footer Replacements" options in the gallery admin.
If it's easy to fix this, you can just post some intructions in here...
