PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Unlimited Space issue

I understand how to limit members amount of space for photos. (usergroup permissions)

Yet, when I enter in a limit say...350000 bytes - it still says unlimited space remaining when I upload a file as a member.

What am I missing?

Please assist.
