After reading Brian's response, I looked a littler deeper. I started testing the different editors as different members in the forum software. I discovered the problem also existed in the forums, with the gallery software removed.
I researched a little futher, thinking the wysiwyg editor's problem may exist in the forum software itself, I discovered a thread at vBulletin where a member claims his wysiwyg editor is not working, he goes on to state "I use the vBadvanced system", vBulletin instructs the member to seek support at the vBAdvanced site. I then uninstall the Gallery and CMPS, to discover the WYSIWYG editor now works for all usergroups, with no problems. I was looking at the Gallery program as causing this error, when it is, most likely, the CMPS program.
