If you didn't integrate the CMPS with the gallery then there is no way it would be causing a problem with the gallery. They're two totally separate scripts and one would not affect the other.
Kevin - His point was that he doesn't want to give out server infomation in any form. Understandable, but can still make providing support more difficult when it's a unique problem that nobody else has ever had a problem with before.
