Well to be honest, I had taken the rest of the night off by the time you had approved the account (about 8pm) and was watching the Braves game. While I am here to provide support most hours of the day, I simply cannot be on here all the time. As I said above, I've had some unexpected things come up today, was not around for the majority of it, and am just now getting a chance to catch up on everything. And this is still less than 24 hours from the time the account was approved last night. I think 24 hours in the tech world is a pretty reasonable time to wait for support, especially when it is not a major issue.
I've also tried to discuss this issue with Brian privately, he has yet to respond to the private message I sent on 4/17 addressing my concern in providing access to my server along with my apologe. |
I would much rather discuss these issues privately, I'm left with little choice should the developer deny my private attempts.
The only means of "private" support that we will deal with is through the support ticket system, and there are very few software development companies that provide private support such as that either. This is even stated very clearly in the readme file that you should have taken the time to read over when you first installed the product. Before asking for support Please read the F.A.Q below!
