I guess due to the fact I have reservations towards giving blanket access to my server, I do not deserve support.
I did purchase buyer protection from ebay. I have little choice now but to use what I paid for. I apologize in advance for any inconvience I may have caused.

I'd like to thank you again for the great job you've done developing both cmps and the gallery. I'm just sorry the support was so lacking.
I have uninstalled the gallery software, you have my assurance I will distroy the Gallery program I downloaded.
