PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Combine new Gallery Posts with New forums Posts

I want to combine these 2:

/gallery/browseimages.php?do=newposts

/forums/search.php?searchid=27899

I want to make it so that the NEW POSTS int he forums show the NEW Posts in the gallery combined with the new posts in the forums.

Is this posible?
