I replied to the ticket saying the forum account you provided didn't have admin cp access. Since you didn't reply for quite a while I assumed you had figured the problem out yourself. If you'd like to submit a new one, making sure that the account you provide has admin cp access, then I'll be glad to get this sorted out for you.
