PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - change location of Newest x Images and Random Images on the main gallery page

I'd like to move the "Random Images" block up above the category table.

That way it would show
-- breadcrumb navigation--
-- navbar with home, my stuff, what's new --
-- random 3 images --
-- category listings --
-- newest 3 images --

Is this something I would need to change in the template?
