Can you be a little more specific as to exactly what you're doing? Are you trying to upload single files with the 'Browse' button, or trying to bulk upload via FTP? Are you trying to upload multiple images, or just one? What's the filesize of the image you are trying to upload? What do you have your 'Resize Program' option set to? Is it doing this every time you try to upload, or just some times?
