There's no reason it should be completely empty like that... Double check the top of the showimage.php file on your server and make sure it shows RC3 as the version at the top. Check the same with your /forum/includes/functions_gallery_imageedit.php file, and that you have your 'Files URL' and 'Files Path' settings correct.
