The value in this case should be the last one (/usr/home/rob/html/420times/gallery/uploads). CHMOD the permissions on that folder to be 777. Then go into that directory and make a folder named "5" (assuming that is your userid). Then, if you haven't already, go into
ACP --> vBa Gallery --> Usergroup Permissions --> {choose your usergroup} --> Uploading Options turn on "
Can upload images directly from server" to yes. Now upload your files to ../uploads/5 and go back to your gallery.
When you go to the upload screen scroll to the very bottom of the page; there'll be an option to upload directly from the server.
