You'll want to go
ACP --> vBa Gallery --> Usergroup Permissions --> {choose Administrator or Moderators} and then turn off (set to "No") the options of "
Moderate this group's images" and "
Moderate this group's posts" to avoid their own uploads & posts from needing validation.
