I'm not sure why this request is so difficult to explain.
I'm not asking about any kind of
sort order. I want a fixed image, for galleries within an category. That is, when category is grouped by "member", I'd like to have the representative image, to be one from the specific category and not just the latest uploaded (to any category) by that member.

If you click
"Mike's Arrowhead Collection", you get a photo of a Phantom Jet. I'd like to fix and arrowhead image to that category. It is illogical, to show a photo of a jet fighter in a Category of Arrowheads (although they may look similar, they are not). In fact, that jet photo, isn't even in the photos for that category.
I know I could have an Album and do this, but I prefer a Category so that everyone can upload to taht category and have an image that reflects the category.
