Thank you for your quick response. The frame/boarders that I'm referring to are located on this site (thumbnails at the top of page:

My Ad thumbs do not have any type of border around them and do not seem to conform to any particular size.
How can I add a border to my thumbnails? I noticed in the admin panel that there is a drop down but I have no borders included.
*Avatars: I didn't realize that the avatars would show up in the comments. It probably works!
